At Ottawa Inner City Health, we recognize that we are not the experts on this subject and need to instead amplify the voices of Indigenous peoples. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnha.ca\/what-we-do\/mental-wellness-and-substance-use\/harm-reduction-and-the-toxic-drug-crisis\/indigenous-harm-reduction\"><b>The First Nations Health Authority <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">offers extremely helpful and important resources, videos, and information on Indigenous harm reduction.<\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopeforwellness.ca\/\"><b>Hope for Wellness<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a 24\/7 hotline for Indigenous people available over the phone or through online chat.
